Refund Policy
Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the event date. Refund requests made within 14 days of the event will not be honored, but tickets are transferable to another attendee. To request a refund, email intensive@earlrealestate.com with your order confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
If Earl Real Estate cancels the event for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. In the event of rescheduling, ticket holders may transfer their registration to the new date or request a full refund.
Dispute Policy
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at intensive@earlrealestate.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Unauthorized or fraudulent charges will be fully refunded upon verification.
What You Receive
Each ticket purchase includes admission to The Development Intensive, a full-day in-person workshop held in Salt Lake City, UT. This includes all curriculum materials, lunch, and direct access to the instructor. VIP tickets additionally include a private dinner with the instructor following the event. Tickets are digital; no physical goods are shipped.
